This information was drawn up for website (hereinafter only “Site”) in accordance with Provision n. 229 of 8.5.2014 signed by Italian Supervisory Authority (entitled “Identification of simplified procedures for information and acquisition of consent for use of cookies”), then clarified with a circular dated 4.6.2014 signed by same Authority (entitled “Internet: Privacy Authority, no cookies for profiling without consent”).
This information is therefore intended to provide the user who navigates the Site with detailed information about the type and purpose of use of the cookies installed on the Site.

Definition and types of cookies.
Cookies are small text strings that the site visited by user sends to its terminal (usually browser), where they are stored before being transmitted to same site on next visit by same user.

The cookies used on Site consist of following types (objective and subjective):

II. Analytical cookies: are used to collect information, in aggregate form, on number of users and how they visit the site. The Site uses Google Analytics: it is tool which, through the use of cookies (performance cookies), collects anonymous browsing data in order to examine the use of the Site by users, compile reports about activities on the Site and provide other information, including number of visitors and pages visited.

III. Profiling cookies: are designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with preferences expressed by user in the context of surfing net.

IV. Third-party cookies: they are set by a website other than the one the user is visiting; the information acquired through these tools are, in any case, subject to third party’s settings privacy.

Only the type of cookies described in point III) above requires the prior consent of the user.

Browser settings.
We also inform you that the user can configure – freely and at any time – their privacy parameters in relation to installation and use of cookies directly through their navigation program (browser) by following the relative instructions. In particular, the user can set the private browsing, thanks to which your browsing program stops saving the history of websites visited, any passwords entered, cookies and other information on pages visited.
Finally, we warn that in event that the user decides to disable all cookies (including technical cookies), the quality and speed of the services offered by the Site could drastically deteriorate and access could be lost to some sections of the Site itself.

Finally, in compliance with Guidelines n. 7/2020 and 8/2020 signed by European Data Protection Board and in compliance with sentence of European Court of Justice dated 29.7.2019 (case C-40/17; so-called “Fashion ID” sentence), aforementioned Joint Controllers communicate that the presence, within the Site, of one (or more) social plug-in (i.e. Youtube, Linkedin and/or Facebook) determines the existence of a joint-controlling ex art. 26 of GDPR between them and related social network service (or similar) limited to activity of collection and communication, by transmission, of personal data of visitors to the Site to related social network (or similar), with express exclusion, therefore, of subsequent operations of processing of personal data of visitors put in place by the related social network (or similar) following the transmission of such information to the latter by Joint Controllers (by the Site).
